Where are your products produced?
Manufacturing is based in Los Angeles with a commitment of the brand to be made from integrity and quality above all. All of our proceeds are re-invested into the company to further our quality and increase our reach globally.
Why is there a limited quantity per style?
To provide a community of like-minded individuals, access to the site is not given to the general public and the purchase of goods are limited to one item per style per user. Permission to access the site is contingent upon review of each user's social profile. The low quantity and controlled access decreases the oversaturation of our products in the market and help to prevent counterfeit productions as each item is individually numbered.
I've added an item to my cart, but it is now sold out.
Products on our site are sold on a first come, first served basis. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.
Do you use authentic items for your custom work?
All custom items such as custom Yeezys, Louis Vuitton, etc. are always made from authentic material unless otherwise noted. Quality and integrity over anything. Upon request, we can provide receipts for all materials used for your purchase.
Why was my order cancelled?
Your order may be cancelled due to one of the following reasons:
1) We review all users who purchase our products. If your public image does not align with our mission and MISC community your order will be cancelled. If further purchasing is made from the same user then you will be banned from the site.
2) In order to accommodate other users, only one item of each style is allowed. Your entire order for a specific style will be cancelled if more than one quantity is purchased for that specific style. For example, only 1 size in the specific shirt style is allowed. Multiple orders of the same or different size will result in the entire order being cancelled and refunded.
I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.
Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?
We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. This does not apply to custom products labeled as "custom" in the product description. These products will be delivered within 3-4 weeks from date of purchase.
I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
MISC Corporation™ d/b/a MISC™ will gladly exchange an item for online store credit only. Before sending the item back, please contact us at commerce@misc-corporation.com within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. MISC Corporation™ d/b/a MISC™ must receive the exchanged item within 7 days of exchange authorization. Due to the nature of items that are custom made, they are not qualified for exchange.
For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Items may not be exchanged in person at any future MISC Corporation™ store location. Hats, Bags, Accessories, Shoes or Sale Items cannot be exchanged. MISC Corporation™ d/b/a MISC™ does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to MISC Corporation™ d/b/a MISC™.
What time do you update your online shop?
Generally, we update our online shop during collection releases or random drops.
Do you re-stock your inventory?
On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.
When are particular items released?
Our items do not have set release dates. We do not follow the norm fashion calendar and only release when a new idea is conceived. Please sign up for the MISC Corporation™ dba MISC™ newsletter and/or subscribe to our Instagram account. From there you will be able to subscribe to receive email alerts each time we release a product.
I do not live in the U.S.A. Can I order online?
Yes. Please ensure shipping carriers and rates are available for your country upon checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is worldwide and rates are reflected upon checkout.
Dependent upon the destination country, surcharges may be added to cover all duties, VAT, and tariffs for the delivery address. UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Bags, shoes and accessories may ship separately. Please note that if your items are shipped separately, you may receive multiple tracking number emails. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
